  • We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
  • Prices for our precious metal products are subject to change without notice due to market fluctuations.
  1. Shipping and Delivery (Fully Insured)

We proudly ship our products to United States only.

Because we deal in high-value goods, all shipments from Spot On Silver are fully insured while in transit. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you only upon confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier to your designated address.

 

  1. Return and Refund Policy

Due to the volatile nature of the precious metals market, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any coins, with one strict exception:

  • Items Not as Advertised: We will accept a return only if the coin you receive is significantly not as advertised (for example, if a coin inadvertently ships with undisclosed milk spots or mint errors).

If you believe you have received a coin that meets this exception, you must contact us at contact@spot-on-silver.com within 5 days of delivery to request an exception review.
